Fat Arnie's in Flinders Lane, (near Degraves)
Had a quick latte at fat Arnie’s,… seems to be a very inviting place,… but I was afraid they were more into the food than the coffee. It was a welcome surprise to get greeted at the door, and then blown away with the coffee. I didn’t catch the brand, but will do next time. The wild man who was making the coffees seems to be some far out dude, who may have smokes too many tea leaves in his time, but he kicks ass as the Barista.
I’ll be back!!! 2 Beaner, for sure!!!

I've bee to Fat Arnies twice since your review. The (Monte?) coffee is excellent tnat the dude is out there (but a good bloke and a darn good barista). Sidewalk ordering makes takeaway even faster
I'm a regular at Fat Arnies... the sidewalk window provides great fast service on my way to work, and as you mentioned, the barista is awesome fun and always takes the time to chat.
